Minority organisations as partners in responding to bias-motivated crimes.<\/h2>\n\n\n

The project aims to strengthen minority organisations that support individuals at risk of bias-motivated crimes. We seek to ensure they are recognised as partners who, through cooperation, can assist institutions in responding effectively to such crimes and contribute to building a system that better meets the needs of victims. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project includes four activities through which organisations will develop their competencies through practical experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Analysis of hate narratives<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The first is an analysis of hate narratives targeting minority groups. The study will examine the mechanisms, scale, and conditions under which hate speech directed at minorities emerges and reinforces itself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Solutions tailored to the needs of each stakeholder<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The second activity will involve documenting cases of violence in a way that the materials produced can support police work and reflect the perspective of victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cross-sectoral cooperation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The third area consists of networking sessions with the police, the prosecution service, and non-governmental organisations, aimed at strengthening the position of minority organisations as partners of public institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Recommendations based on project experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The fourth activity is the development of a set of recommendations and guidelines for more effective cross-sector cooperation, including mechanisms for responding to bias-motivated crimes, hate speech, disinformation, and other identified threats.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
