Mechanism for Collaboration Among Minority Groups and Liberals in Poland<\/h2>\n\n\n

The project was implemented as a comprehensive training program based on building strategic partnerships, aimed at strengthening the capacities of activists from liberal and minority communities. The initiative focused on creating a space for exchanging experiences, sharing good practices, and jointly developing effective solutions in the field of social action and advocacy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants took part in a series of trainings focused on developing leadership skills, advocacy, and coalition-building. The program was designed in a practical and multi-dimensional way, covering key areas such as communication, mediation, image-building, securing allies and funding, as well as effective planning and implementation of social initiatives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training program was divided into two complementary components. The first consisted of introductory workshops lasting up to two hours, attended by all participants in the program. The second component involved individual consultations and work in smaller groups, allowing for more in-depth engagement with selected topics and tailoring support to the specific needs of participants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the program, participants gained practical knowledge and tools necessary for effectively designing social initiatives and building sustainable coalitions. They learned how to create compelling justifications for their actions using the language of benefits and storytelling, as well as how to effectively collaborate with local communities, taking into account their specific characteristics and regional context. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The implementation of the project contributed to strengthening communities engaged in human rights and equality efforts, while also reinforcing the position of the Czulent Association as an organization that develops leadership capacities and initiates sustainable social partnerships.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
