Hate incident reporting platform<\/h2>\n\n\n

The project was implemented as part of participation in an international pilot of an innovative platform for reporting and monitoring hate crimes, developed by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). The tool was presented and consulted with civil society organizations from Poland and Hungary, enabling its development based on the real needs of users working in the field of human rights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Jewish Association Czulent was invited by the OSCE to participate in the program as an implementing and testing partner for the platform\u2019s solutions. As part of the project, the organization worked closely with ODIHR, providing expert feedback on the tool\u2019s functionality and usability. Czulent\u2019s key contribution included conducting a UX audit and developing recommendations to improve the platform\u2019s performance, including proposals for new features and operational models. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the platform was to support non-governmental organizations in the systematic collection of data on hate crimes, hate speech, and discrimination. The tool enabled not only the documentation and analysis of incidents, but also supported organizations in providing assistance to individuals experiencing bias-motivated violence and in managing reports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An important element of the project was also the creation of the possibility to export data to OSCE structures. This enabled organizations to share collected information with ODIHR, which publishes annual reports on hate crimes, thereby increasing the visibility of the issue at the international level and influencing the development of public policies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participation in the project confirmed the competencies of the Czulent Association in the areas of new technologies, data analysis, and advocacy, while also strengthening its position as a partner of international institutions in developing effective tools to counter discrimination and violence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
