Antisemitic incidents in 2023. Study of the experiences of the Jewish community.<\/h2>\n\n\n

This publication, prepared by the Jewish Czulent Association in cooperation with the Jewish Community of Warsaw, is a 2023 report <\/strong>that presents the current picture of antisemitism in Poland based on real reports and monitoring data. The document helps to understand the scale of the phenomenon, its forms, and the social context in which it occurs\u2014serving as an important tool for institutions, organizations, and all those working to counter hate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The report is based on submissions made through the zglosantysemityzm.pl platform, enabling the analysis of both individual incidents and broader trends. This makes it possible to capture changes over time and identify key moments influencing the dynamics of the phenomenon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most significant factor distinguishing the 2023 report from the previous one is the clear increase in the number of incidents after October 7, 2023.<\/strong> The data show how international events directly translated into the local situation\u2014leading to an increase in reports and a surge in hate speech, particularly in the online space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The report pays particular attention to the role of social media and online channels, where antisemitic content spreads rapidly and often takes on new forms, linked to disinformation and current political events. The analysis also covers the language of the narratives, the context of the incidents, and their nature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The publication also includes a description of the research methodology and a broader social context, which helps to better understand the mechanisms behind the emergence and escalation of antisemitism in Poland in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is another example of Czulent\u2019s approach\u2014combining data, technology, and community experience to effectively monitor and counter contemporary forms of hate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
