It helps to recognize the phenomenon of antisemitism and to build a common framework for action\u2014based on a clear, operational definition.   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why do we need a common definition?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The lack of a consistent understanding of antisemitism leads to fragmented actions and an ineffective response system. The publication shows that: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>without a common language, it is difficult to identify the phenomenon,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>differences in interpretation hinder cooperation between institutions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>people experiencing discrimination do not always receive adequate support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The IHRA working definition of antisemitism addresses this gap\u2014it helps to structure both thinking and action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>That is why the definition is at the center of the publication\u2014but understood differently than usual.<\/strong> Not as an abstract concept, but as a tool. Something that organizes reality and enables action.
