Book of Good Practices \/ Actions for National and Ethnic Minorities and Foreigners<\/h2>\n\n\n

The publication presents the results of a broad study on cooperation between public administration and minority organizations in Poland. It includes analyses conducted at both the local government level and within state institutions\u2014including voivodeship offices, marshal offices, and municipal offices, as well as structures within the Police responsible for the protection of human rights. As a result, the report offers a comprehensive picture of how mechanisms of cooperation and participation function across different segments of public administration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The study is based on surveys and interviews with representatives of public institutions, which makes it possible to capture not only formal frameworks but also practical experiences and challenges arising in everyday cooperation. The analyses are complemented by examples of good practices, demonstrating how to effectively build relationships between minority organizations, public administration, and majority organizations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The report is the result of the joint work of a coalition of organizations representing various minority communities. Importantly, the minority organizations themselves undertook a watchdog role\u2014monitoring the activities of public institutions, analyzing their policies and practices, and formulating conclusions based on their own experience. This perspective gives the publication a unique character and strengthens its credibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key minority organizations working on behalf of various communities were involved in the preparation of the report, endorsing the publication and co-creating its thematic scope. As a result, the study reflects the diverse needs and experiences of minority communities in Poland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not only a set of research findings, but also an important voice of minority communities in the debate on the quality of cooperation with public administration and its future directions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
