The document emphasizes that protection against disinformation is not only the responsibility of state institutions, but also a shared responsibility of the media, civil society organizations, and citizens. The appeal calls for engagement and vigilance in the face of attempts to disrupt democratic processes through the spread of false information, especially in the pre-election period.   <\/p>\n\n<p>In order to more effectively protect this celebration of democracy, <strong>the Council for Resilience calls on representatives of the media, politicians, and society as a whole to exercise prudence and responsibility in public life, in particular:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>refraining from actions that provoke strong negative emotions, such as hatred or anger;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>expressing one\u2019s opinions, including those shared on social media, with respect for the rights, feelings, and viewpoints of others;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>relying only on information that has been verified for its accuracy and consistency with the facts;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>refraining from spreading content that expresses extreme views, especially those that undermine trust in authorities, institutions, and the state understood as a community of all citizens;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>using verified and reliable sources, ensuring that they have not been manipulated by artificial intelligence, and reflecting on the consequences of sharing them.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The experience of the Jewish Association Czulent, as well as reports produced as part of monitoring election campaigns, clearly show that disinformation and hate speech\u2014especially when driven by antisemitism\u2014often intertwine and reinforce one another. Antisemitic narratives are regularly used as a tool to evoke strong emotions and distrust, particularly in the context of socially sensitive issues. Disinformation content frequently includes prejudice and false accusations against Jews, which strengthen the manipulative message and facilitate its spread. Its aim is to strengthen society\u2019s resilience to international disinformation and to formulate opinions and recommendations for actions to counter this threat.  <strong>The Council is composed of experts and representatives of civil society organizations, including Anna Chipczy\u0144ska\u2014representing the Jewish Association Czulent.<\/strong> Her presence highlights the importance of cross-sector cooperation in building effective mechanisms to protect against disinformation and hate speech motivated by antisemitism.
