Hate speech on the internet, particularly when directed at individuals because of their ethnic origin, religion, gender, or sexual orientation, often goes unpunished. Our goal is to change this\u2014through concrete court cases that set new standards and demonstrate that the law can be effective.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What do we want to achieve?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Our activities focus on four main objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effective prosecution of perpetrators of online crimes\u2014we want judgments to be delivered more quickly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professionalization of law enforcement activities<\/strong>\u2014we support the development of digital competencies within the police and prosecution services so that online cases are not trivialized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recognition of digital evidence in legal proceedings<\/strong>\u2014we advocate for screenshots, archives, and online monitoring to be treated as fully valid evidence in court.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wsp\u00f3\u0142odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 platform technologicznych \u2013 d\u0105\u017cymy do zmian, kt\u00f3re zobowi\u0105\u017c\u0105 serwisy spo\u0142eczno\u015bciowe do wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy z organami \u015bcigania i udost\u0119pniania danych sprawc\u00f3w.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Counteracting Holocaust denial<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A key focus of our work is counteracting Holocaust denial. We monitor online content that denies the Holocaust, analyze the actions of institutions responsible for prosecuting such crimes (including the Institute of National Remembrance), and intervene where the state falls short.
