We take a comprehensive approach to combating bias-motivated violence—explore our areas of work.

We provide legal and advisory support to individuals affected by hate crimes and develop tools for reporting and monitoring them. We engage in advocacy and strategic litigation to turn individual cases into lasting changes in law and institutional practice. We produce research, analyses, and data-driven recommendations that support effective public policies. Data for democracy

Your report helps us change the system. Based on the reports we receive, we publish annual analyses of threats, providing insight into the scale of antisemitism and helping protect minority rights and the foundations of a democratic state.

2

Advocacy and strategic litigation

We combine advocacy with strategic litigation to turn individual cases into lasting systemic change.

Litigation as a catalyst for change

Through precedent-setting court cases, we initiate and strengthen the development of legal mechanisms to ensure that the state responds effectively to bias-motivated crimes and safeguards the memory of the Holocaust.

Advocacy and tangible impact

We initiate systemic change by participating in legislative processes and developing strategies for national and local administrations. We recommend policies that implement effective solutions, providing real protection against hatred and discrimination.

Research, briefs, and recommendations

We create reports and recommendations based on data, bringing together researchers, practitioners, and decision-makers.

We provide reliable analyses and ready-made solutions that help build effective public policies. As a Knowledge Broker, we connect the worlds of academia, NGOs, and decision-makers, creating platforms for knowledge exchange where it matters most.

Examples of our activities:

We conducted a comprehensive analysis of the experiences of victims of bias-motivated crimes, examining every stage of the process—from the moment of reporting to the court verdict—contrasting the expectations of those affected by violence with the actual practices of the police, prosecution, and courts.”

For the Municipality of Kraków, we developed a strategy to update the ‘Open Kraków’ program. Our approach was based on a thorough evaluation and a broad assessment of the needs of groups at risk of exclusion. By engaging local researchers and civil society organizations, we created a model of urban policy.

Strong law, safe citizens.

Let’s build a system that protects against hate—together.
