In December, the Jewish Association Czulent participated in the event „Lessons Learned from Central Europe Interfaith Coalitions” organized by the National Democratic Institute. This lecture series was an occasion to share our project experiences and present the results of our activities.

On the first day, representatives of the Czulent Jewish Association – Anna Zielińska and Piotr Kwapisiewicz, as well as Kamila Dąbrowska from the Polin Jewish Museum, participated in a panel discussion Partnering with Municipal Governments. The meeting was organized by the National Democratic Institute (NDI) Poland and Hungary and the NDI offices of the Western Balkan countries. The panel discussed experiences from advocacy projects. The presentation focused on the implementation of projects through cooperation with strategic partners, including cultural institutions, religious communities and local governments. Using the example of the coalition project „Implementation of the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism in Poland,” speakers presented the use of advocacy campaigns and strategic partnerships to raise awareness and promote the adoption of the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism.
